One Size does not fit all  “Diversity in Day Care Delivery”

The aim of the Conference is to provide a forum for sharing best practice, networking and to address current developments within day-care. It is in-line with End of Life Competencies and KSF, ensuring that professionals working within palliative day-care services have the knowledge and skills to provide high quality service that meets the needs of all attendees and their families.
